Ancillary Equipment. The Contractor may provide Ancillary Equipment in addition to Security Guards. Ancillary Equipment must support the Customer’s Security Guard Services. Such equipment shall be detailed in the Customer’s SLA and is limited to the following:
Ancillary Equipment. Where the Supplier has provided the Customer with the Ancillary Equipment necessary for the provision of the Service, the Customer hereby agrees that:
Ancillary Equipment. The Contractor may provide Ancillary Equipment in addition to Security Guards. Ancillary Equipment must support the Customer’s Security Guard Services. Such equipment shall be detailed in the Customer’s SLA and are limited to the following:
14.1 Vehicles – Equipment, to include motorized and non-motorized, used in conjunction with providing security guard services. The type of vehicles may vary depending upon the location of services: bicycle, golf cart, automobile, SUV, and 4WD truck.
Ancillary Equipment. A. It is understood that: (i) all Ancillary Equipment shall remain the sole property of Galileo; (ii) Customer shall not remove any identifying marks from any such Ancillary Equipment; (iii) Customer shall not subject the Ancillary Equipment to any lien or encumbrance; and (iv) Galileo may enter Customer's premises to remove the Ancillary Equipment immediately upon termination of this Agreement.
B. Customer agrees to make, execute, acknowledge and deliver, any time or from time to time, all documents, instruments, and assurances, including, without limitation, financing statements under the Uniform Commercial Code, as may be requested by Galileo to preserve Galileo's ownership rights and title in and to the Ancillary Equipment, and hereby authorizes Galileo, where permitted b law, to file financing statements and amendments thereto relating tot he Ancillary Equipment without Customer's signature where desirable in Galileo's judgment to preserve Galileo's ownership rights and title in and to the Ancillary Equipment. Upon deinstallation of the Ancillary Equipment, Galileo shall, upon Customer's request, take all steps necessary to terminate any Uniform Commercial Code filing made with respect thereto.
Ancillary Equipment. Base on the List of On-site Handover of Stock Tower-related Physical Items, the sellers shall hand over such equipment to the buyer, and the handover shall be deemed as completed after the buyer takes stock and sign the Delivery Confirmation.
Ancillary Equipment. Consideration for emergency response services provided by Clark R&M to the Coker Company related to the Ancillary Equipment is provided for in the Ancillary Equipment Operating Fee. Schedule 5.13 Service and Supply Agreement INSURANCE
Ancillary Equipment. Consideration for environmental, health and safety services provided by Clark R&M in connection with the operation of the Ancillary Equipment is provided for in the Ancillary Equipment Operating Fee.
Ancillary Equipment. Consideration for natural and fuel gas services provided by Clark R&M to the Coker Company for use at the Ancillary Equipment is included in the Ancillary Equipment Operating Fee.
Ancillary Equipment. Consideration for operations services provided by Clark R&M to the Coker Company related to the Ancillary Equipment and the Ancillary Equipment Site is provided for in the Ancillary Equipment Operating Fee.
Ancillary Equipment. Consideration for steam services provided by Clark R&M to the Coker Company for use at the Ancillary Equipment is included in the Ancillary Equipment Operating Fee.
