Ancillary Movements. The Train Operator may make Ancillary Movements of Specified Equipment to the extent necessary or reasonably required to give full effect to the Services, including:: movements to and from maintenance depots for the purpose of maintaining rolling stock; movements for driver training purposes; and empty stock movements. For the purposes of paragraph 2.6, Ancillary Movements shall not include movements of rolling stock for the purpose of testing in furtherance of vehicle acceptance procedures.
