AND COVENANT NOT TO XXX. This GENERAL RELEASE AND COVENANT NOT TO XXX (this “Release”) is executed and delivered by XXXXX X. XXXXXX (the “Executive”) to STATION CASINOS, INC., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”). In consideration of the agreement by the Company to provide the separation payments and benefits in Section 6 and Section 7 of the Employment Agreement between the Executive and the Company, dated as of December 14, 2007 (the “Employment Agreement”), and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Executive hereby agrees as follows:
