A- The Hospital recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all Registered and Graduate Nurses engaged to work less than five full tours on the average week, engaged in a nursing capacity by the Xxxxxx Memorial Hospital, save and except Head Nurses and persons above the rank of Head Nurse.
