AND OTHER FACILITIES. The Employer shall provide adequate bulletin board space at the worksite, clearly identified for exclusive Union use. A representative of the Union will be given leave to provide to each new employee an orientation of up to (30) minutes.

The Employer may make available to the Union specific locations on the premises for the placement of bulk quantities of literature of the Union. The Employer may make available to the members of the Bargaining Unit a suitable meeting room to be used from time to time for the conducting of business relating to the Bargaining Unit. The Employer will deliver any mail originating from the Union addressed to members in accordance with the Employer's normal internal mail distribution system. A representative of the Union shall have the right to meet with new employees in the employee's community to make a presentation of up to fifteen (15) minutes. Employees shall be granted leave with pay to attend these meetings.
