To the best of its knowledge, none of the funds to be provided by the Purchaser or the beneficial purchaser are being tendered on behalf of a person or entity who has not been identified to the Purchaser. The Purchaser covenants to promptly notify the Company if the Purchaser discovers that any of such representations ceases to be true, and to provide the Company with appropriate information in connection therewith. In addition, severally and not jointly, the following representations and warranties are made by each Purchaser that is a resident of Canada:
