Common use of ANIMAL AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

ANIMAL AGREEMENT. ( , Initial) Tenant agrees to pay an additional $ Move-in Fee in consideration for the approval of an animal (see attached Addendum), Rcd_ _by . The Tenant acknowledges receipt of the Animal Addendum attached to this lease and agrees to the conditions contained therein. This additional Move-In Fee is not specifically held for animal related damages, but is held for the performance of all aspects of this rental agreement including any unpaid rents, late fees, charges and damage assessments. Tenant assumes all financial responsibility for damages caused by said animal. Of this additional Move-in Fee, $100.00 per animal is non-refundable and payable to Landlord/Agent as consideration of additional administrative expense of an animal occupied property.
