Common use of Animals and Vehicles Clause in Contracts

Animals and Vehicles. Tenant shall not bring into or keep within the Building or the Premises any bicycles or other vehicles, except in areas designated by Landlord. In addition, Tenant shall not bring into the Building any birds, aquariums or any other animals (except for guide dogs, signal dogs or other animals specifically trained to provide assistance to disabled persons required by any disabled employee or invitee of Tenant).
