Annex VI compliance. The Borrower will: (a) for the duration of the Facility Period comply with Annex VI in relation to the Vessel and procure that the Vessel’s master and crew are familiar with, and that the Vessel complies with, Annex VI; (b) maintain a valid and current IAPPC for the Vessel throughout the Facility Period and provide a copy to the Lender; and (c) immediately notify the Lender in writing of any actual or threatened withdrawal, suspension, cancellation or modification of the IAPPC.
