Annexation by the City Clause Samples

The "Annexation by the City" clause defines the process and implications when a property or area is incorporated into the jurisdiction of a city. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which annexation may occur, such as compliance with local laws or the fulfillment of certain requirements by property owners or developers. It may also address changes in services, taxation, or governance that result from annexation.
