Annexation Sequence. The sequence is set forth in Section 16 of this Agreement. Property comprising Phase I shall be annexed first. The land dedicated to the City for parks purposes adjacent to Ashland Creek shall be annexed second. Following such Park annexation, Phase II of the project (single-family development) may be annexed.
