Unbundled Loop Modifications (Line Conditioning 2.5.1 Line Conditioning is defined as routine network modification that BellSouth regularly undertakes to provide xDSL services to its own customers. This may include the removal of any device, from a copper Loop or copper Sub-loop that may diminish the capability of the Loop or Sub-loop to deliver high-speed switched wireline telecommunications capability, including xDSL service. Such devices include, but are not limited to, load coils, excessive bridged taps, low pass filters, and range extenders. Excessive bridged taps are bridged taps that serves no network design purpose and that are beyond the limits set according to industry standards and/or the XxxxXxxxx XX 00000.
Project Completion Date It is agreed between the Parties that the Project Completion Date is <END DATE, YEAR>. If the Project is not completed by such date then, subject to an amendment agreed to between the Parties, Alberta Innovates may elect to terminate this Investment Agreement. In such event, Alberta Innovates will notify the Applicant of its decision to terminate as soon as reasonably practical and shall advise the Applicant of the effective date of termination. Alberta Innovates will have no liability or obligation to reimburse the Applicant for any Project Costs incurred after the effective date of termination and may require the Applicant to return any portions of the Investment which were spent on Ineligible Expenses. Loop Provisioning Involving IDLC 2.16.1 Where TWTC has requested an Unbundled Loop and AT&T uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the customer and AT&T has a suitable alternate facility available, AT&T will make such alternative facilities available to TWTC. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, AT&T will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for TWTC (e.g., hairpinning):
