Annexed Area Clause Samples

Annexed Area. The Annexed Area is divided into three (3) areas, the Initial Phase Lands, the Residential Trigger Lands and the Employment Trigger Lands, each of which are to become part of the City of Brantford at the times and pursuant to the conditions set out in this Agreement. Each of the Initial Phase Lands, the Residential Trigger Lands and the Employment Trigger Lands shall form part of the City of Brantford after the Effective Date for their respective annexations. All of the Annexed Area shall form part of the City of Brantford for all purposes once both the Residential Trigger Lands and the Employment Trigger Lands have been annexed to the geographical area of the City of Brantford.
