Annexes II and III. The model of Donors’ Contribution Certificate provided for in Annex III is annexed to the Constitutive Agreement for information purposes only. It does not constitute an integral part of this Agreement and may be modified by the Manager unilaterally. By derogation from Article 19.1, the Signed Contribution Certificates in Annex II cannot be amended except as foreseen in Article 3.6.
