Common use of Annexes, Protocols and Amendments Clause in Contracts

Annexes, Protocols and Amendments. 1. Annexes and Protocols to this Agreement are an integral part of it. The Joint Committee may decide to amend the Annexes and Protocols in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3 of Article 35 of this Agreement. 2. Amendments to this Agreement other than those decided upon in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 34, and which are approved by the Joint Committee, shall be submitted to the other Contracting Party for acceptance and shall enter into force if accepted by both Contracting Parties.
