Common use of Anniversary Fee Clause in Contracts

Anniversary Fee. A fully earned, non-refundable anniversary fee of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000,00), which fee shall be earned as of the date hereof, and shall be payable on the date that is one year from the 2008 Effective Date;

Anniversary Fee. A fully earned, non-refundable anniversary fee of Twenty Sixty Thousand Dollars ($20,000,0060,000.00), which fee shall be earned as of the date hereof, and shall be payable on the earlier to occur of (i) the date that is one year from the 2008 Effective Date, or (ii) the early termination of this Agreement;
