When potential conflicts affecting constructability are identified, the Construction Documents maintained at the Site shall be annotated, an RFI, Request for Interpretation, or Change Order, as appropriate, shall be promptly prepared and forwarded to the Design Builder, with a copy to the Owner, Program Manager and Program Manager, if retained. The Design-Builder shall maintain a log of these activities and the responses received from the Program Manager.
