Common use of Announcement of Offering Clause in Contracts

Announcement of Offering. If the Offering is consummated, Placement Agent may, at its own expense, place a customary announcement in such newspapers and periodicals as Placement Agent may desire announcing the Closing of the Offering, the name of the Issuer, the securities issued and the gross proceeds of the Offering. The parties agree that any such announcement will be subject to approval by the Issuer prior to dissemination by Placement Agent and that such approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
