Announcement of Offering. If the Offering is consummated, Digital Offering may, at its own expense, place a customary announcement in such newspapers and periodicals as Digital Offering may desire announcing the closing of the Offering, the name of the Company, the securities issued and the gross proceeds of the Offering. The parties agree that any such announcement will be subject to approval by the Company prior to dissemination by Digital Offering and that such approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
