The Company acknowledges and agrees that the Placement Agent may, subsequent to the Closing, make public its involvement with the Oxxxxxxx.xx any “tombstone” or similar format. If the Placement Agent desire to make public their involvement with the Offering by any other means or in any other format, the Placement Agent shall first obtain with the Company’s prior written consent.
