Announcement of Offering. The Company acknowledges and agrees that the Placement Agents may, subsequent to the Closing, make public its involvement with the Offering in any “tombstone” or similar format. If the Placement Agents desire to make public their involvement with the Offering by any other means or in any other format, the Placement Agents shall first obtain with the Company’s prior written consent.
