Announcements Publications. Each Party shall coordinate with the other Party with respect to, and provide advance copies to the other Party for review of, the text of any proposed announcement or publication that include any non-public information concerning the Work prior to the dissemination thereof to the public or to any Person other than Subcontractors, Vendors, the Financing Entities or advisors of Contractor., in each case, who agree to keep such information confidential. If a Party delivers written notice to the other Party rejecting any such proposed announcement or publication within two (2) Business Days after receiving such advance copies, the proposing Party shall not make such public announcement or publication; provided. however, that Contractor may disseminate or release such information in response to requirements of Governmental Authorities, the rules of any stock exchange to which it or its Affiliates are subject, or internally within Contractor.

Contractor shall coordinate with Owner with respect to, and provide advance copies to Owner for review of, the text of any proposed announcement or publication concerning the Work prior to the dissemination thereof to the public or to any Person. If Owner delivers written notice to Contractor rejecting any such proposed announcement or publication within five (5) Business Days after receiving such advance copies, Contractor shall not make such public announcement or publication.

If Owner delivers Notice to Contractor rejecting any such proposed announcement or publication within two (2) Business Days after receiving such advance copies, Contractor shall not make such public announcement or publication; provided, however, that Contractor may disseminate or release such information in response to requirements of Governmental Authorities.
