Annual Base Institutional Fee. The annual base fee shall be $ 5,750 per Institutional CUSIP excluding BlackRock and Service class shares. Fees shall be calculated and paid monthly based on one-twelfth (1/12th) of the annual fee. This fee will be allocated based on net assets per CUSIP.
