Annual Beneficiary Report. Once an Approved Project is placed in service and through the Affordability Period described in Exhibit D, Section 4 of this Agreement, the Subrecipient must submit an Annual Beneficiary Report providing the tenants names, demographics, and income for each DR-MHP unit.
