ANNUAL CASH INCENTIVE FOR FISCAL 2010. You shall have the opportunity to earn an Annual Cash Incentive based on the Company’s and your personal performance during Fiscal 2010. The Company, through the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, retains the right to adjust your Annual Cash Incentive plan at any time as business circumstances or other factors reasonably dictate.
