Common use of Annual Certificate of Servicer Clause in Contracts

Annual Certificate of Servicer. The Servicer shall deliver to the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee, the Note Administrator and each Rating Agency on or before June 30 of each calendar year, beginning with June 30, 2003, an Officer’s Certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit A.

The Servicer shall deliver to the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee, the Note Administrator and each Rating Agency on On or before June 30 March 31 of each calendar year, beginning with June 30March 31, 20031995, the Servicer shall deliver to the Trustee, each Rating Agency and each Enhancement Provider an Officer’s Certificate 's Certificate, executed by the chief financial officer of the Servicer, substantially in the form of Exhibit A.B hereto. A copy of each such certificate will be sent to each Investor Certificateholder by the Trustee.

A copy of each such certificate will be sent to each Noteholder by the Trustee.
