Annual Certificate. In case the Co-contractor transmits a quarterly declaration, the declaration for the fourth quarter of each year should be sent along with a certificate that the 4 declarations for the year elapsed are true and faithful. Such certificate should be signed by the Co-contractor's legal representative.
