Annual Certification Report. If the Recipient is a certified CDFI at the time of award announcement, it must submit the Annual Certification Report (ACR) to the CDFI Fund each year of the Period of Performance. If the Recipient is an uncertified CDFI at the time of award announcement, it must submit the ACR in each year of the Period of Performance subsequent to obtaining CDFI certification.
