Common use of Annual Certifications Clause in Contracts

Annual Certifications. At least annually, and in no event later than the tenth Business Day after the end of the calendar year, Utility shall deliver to DWR a certificate of an authorized representative certifying that to the best of such representative's knowledge, after a review of Utility performance under this Agreement, Utility has fulfilled its obligations under this Agreement in all material respects and is in compliance herewith in all material respects.
