Common use of Annual Collateral Verification Clause in Contracts

Annual Collateral Verification. Each year, at the time of delivery of annual financial statements with respect to the preceding Fiscal Year pursuant to Section 5.01(b), each Loan Party shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a certificate of its Authorized Officer confirming that there has been no change in the information set forth in the Foreign Collateral Perfection Certificate or in the Perfection Certificate since the Closing Date or the date of the most recent certificate delivered pursuant to this Section and/or identifying such changes;

Annual Collateral Verification. Each year, at the time of delivery of annual financial statements with respect to the preceding Fiscal Year pursuant to Section 5.01(b)paragraph (c) of Annex E, each Loan Credit Party shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a certificate of its Authorized Officer an Officer’s Certificate either confirming that there has been no change in such information since the information set forth in date of the Foreign Collateral Perfection Certificate or in the Perfection Certificate since Questionnaire delivered on the Closing Date or the date of the most recent certificate delivered pursuant to this Section and/or identifying such changes;.

Annual Collateral Verification. Each year, at the time of delivery of annual financial statements with respect to the preceding Fiscal Year pursuant to Section 5.01(b5.01(c), each Loan Party the Borrower shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a certificate of its Authorized Officer Perfection Certificate Supplement either confirming that there has been no change in such information since the information set forth in the Foreign Collateral Perfection Certificate or in date of the Perfection Certificate since delivered on the Closing Date or the date of the most recent certificate delivered pursuant to this Section and/or identifying such changes;; and
