Common use of Annual Compliance Certificate Clause in Contracts

Annual Compliance Certificate. The Servicer shall deliver to the Issuer, the Issuer Loan Trustee for the benefit of the Issuer, each Rating Agency and the Indenture Trustee on or before June 30 of each calendar year, beginning with June 30, 2015, an Officer’s Certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto, together with an agreed upon procedures letter delivered by a firm of nationally recognized independent public accountants (who may also render other services to the Servicer or the Sellers) with respect to the Servicer’s activities under the Transaction Documents.

Annual Compliance Certificate. The Servicer shall deliver to the Issuer, the Issuer Loan Trustee for the benefit of the Issuer, each Rating Agency and the Indenture Trustee on or before June 30 March 31 of each calendar year, beginning with June 30March 31, 20152022, an Officer’s Certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto, together with an agreed upon procedures letter delivered by a firm of nationally recognized independent public accountants (who may also render other services to the Servicer or the SellersSeller) with respect to the Servicer’s activities under the Transaction Documents.
