Annual Economic Report. Sellers shall submit, annually for the duration of the Contract Delivery Term, a report identifying the number of short and long-term jobs actually created as a result of the development, operation and/or construction of the Bid Facility. Such report shall also include an accounting of all payments made to any State, municipal or local governmental entity, and any payments made for the usage of land or fuel purchases. Such report shall be filed with NYSERDA within sixty (60) days of each anniversary of the Commercial Operation Milestone Date.
