Annual Escalator. The Canada Funding Agreement will provide for fixed annual increases (“Annual Escalator”) of 5.5% to the prior fiscal year’s Annual Federal Amount (annualized) in fiscal years two (2), three (3), four (4) and five (5) of the Canada Funding Agreement provided that, and during the time that, the NIHB Program is included in the programs transferred to the FNHA pursuant to this Agreement. For any period of time during the above-noted fiscal years that the NIHB Program is not included in the programs transferred to the FNHA, the Canada Funding Agreement will provide for fixed annual increases of 4.5% to the prior year’s Annual Federal Amount (annualized). Canada and the FNHA will commit to negotiate an Annual Escalator for the remaining fiscal years of the Canada Funding Agreement in accordance with subsections CF 3(c) and CF 9(a).
Annual Escalator. Due to the annual costs associated with a growing database of data, ABIS must ensure the integrity and maintenance of the ProSys Complī Platform while continuing to develop new features and functions. First year pricing for the VENDOR is fixed for twelve (12) months but will carry a price escalator each year thereafter on the Software Subscription Fee, calculated as an additional percentage of the applicable Software Subscription Fee applicable at that time. The price escalator percentage for the Initial Term is the one provided in the ProSys Complī Platform on the Effective Date. After the Initial Term, on each automatic renewal (if elected) as provided under Section 11.1 below, the applicable price escalator percentage shall be the one provided in the ProSys Complī Platform on such renewal date.
Annual Escalator. Due to the annual costs associated with a growing database of data, OneVizion must ensure the integrity and maintenance of the Complī Platform while continuing to develop new features and functions. VENDOR pricing is fixed for the first year of the Initial Term. Thereafter, OneVizion may apply an annual price escalator. Pricing for Software Subscription Fees is as posted at the website xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/compli/register as of the date of payment.
Annual Escalator. On each anniversary date of the Lease, beginning on the first anniversary date after the Commencement Date, the Base Rent shall be increased by four percent (4%) over the previous year's base rent. Accordingly rent for the initial three (3) year term of the Lease shall be as follows: Year One $10.50 per square foot Year Two $10.92 per square foot Year Three $11.36 per square foot

Annual Escalator. The compensation to be paid for Drilling Services, as set forth in subsections (a) and (b) of this Section 2 or in any Work Order, shall be increased by an amount equal to 3 percent of the agreed upon compensation for the prior year (the "Annual Escalator") on January 1, 2013 and then again on each January 1 thereafter.
Annual Escalator. Fiscal Years one (1) through ten (10): The Annual Escalator applicable to Fiscal Years one (1) through ten (10), and which has been included in the calculation of the amounts set out in subsection 3.1(2), is 5% or the multiplier of 1.05.
