Annual Facility Fee. A fee equal to (i) Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($17,500) on the Third Amendment Effective Date, and (ii) Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) annually thereafter, each of which shall be nonrefundable.β 4.
