To provide the H.P.C with a copy of its annual financial and compliance audit (this is a requirement only if the Provider expends or obligates $500,000 or more in federal funds annually from all federal sources). L. No. 104-191, and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act, Title XIII of Division A, Title IV of Division B, Pub. L. No 111-5, collectively referred to as “HIPAA.” Providers are required to sign a Business Associates Agreement (BAA) to comply with HIPAA regulations (Attachment 5).
