Common use of Annual Financial Forecast Clause in Contracts

Annual Financial Forecast. No later than one hundred and twenty (120) days following each fiscal year end of the Canadian Borrower, the annual financial forecast of the Canadian Borrower and its Subsidiaries in form acceptable to the Administrative Agent, including financial projections on a quarterly basis for the coming year, income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, capital expenditure budget, detailed list of assumptions and projected compliance ratios, and from time to time as mutually agreed to between the Canadian Borrower and the Administrative Agent, amendments and updates thereto;
