Common use of Annual Financial Statement Clause in Contracts

Annual Financial Statement. A. The Contractor shall annually file with DCAMM during the term of the Contract a financial statement prepared by an independent certified public accountant based on an audit by such accountant. The final statement filed shall include the date of final payment. All statements shall be accompanied by an accountant's report. B. The office of Inspector General and DCAMM shall have the right to enforce the provisions of this Article. A Contractor's failure to satisfy any of the requirements of this section may be grounds for debarment pursuant to M.G.L. c. 149, § 44C.
