Annual goal setting conference shall mean the annual meeting in which the evaluator and employee meet to discuss the Professional Reflection Form (Form #1) and the Focused Planning Form (Form #2) for those staff on a Focused evaluation. Certificated Performance Criteria shall mean the criteria (teaching responsibilities) used to measure the performance of the employee. These criteria are defined by the state as:
