Annual Gross Receipts Reports for Authorized Area. Franchisee shall report its gross receipts annually, for Franchisee’s collection, transportation and disposal of Solid Waste rendered to any customer, within the Authorized Area as defined herein. The annual reporting period shall be based on the calendar year of January 1st through December 31st. The annual report shall be sent to the City Comptroller with a copy to the Director on the 15th day of April, or the next business day, for the prior calendar year, along with all accompanying supporting materials such as a signed federal tax return.
