Annual Independent Certified Public Accountants' Servicing Reports. On or before March 15 of each year, beginning in 2005 or such other date as to which the Depositor gives the Servicer at least 30 days prior written notice, in order to remain in compliance with the Section 302 Requirements, the Servicer at its expense shall cause a nationally recognized firm of independent certified public accountants that is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants to furnish a USAP Report to the Trustee and the Depositor.
