Annual Inventory. 15.01 Departmental Seniority will prevail providing the employee has the necessary qualifications and is immediately able to satisfactorily perform the work required. Employees will work until their portion of the Inventory is completed.
Annual Inventory. The Executive Director shall maintain and annually update an inventory of equipment and furnishings owned by, leased or temporarily assigned to Agency, and the values thereof.

During the Initial Term (as defined in Section 9), and for each succeeding twelve (12) month period thereafter, TDC shall complete a cycle count of one hundred percent (100%) of MANUFACTURER's inventory. TDC shall provide sufficient resources for the annual statistical sample inventory. The cost of the annual statistical sample inventory, excluding MANUFACTURER's direct resource costs, is included within the Base Fees. Prior to a full physical inventory, if one is necessary, the parties shall agree upon a plan to combine resources to ensure that the shutdown period does not exceed two (2) working days. MANUFACTURER shall provide resources, including human resources, as required for reconciling a physical count, if any, to the perpetual inventory records. A full physical inventory, if necessary, may require additional downtime. The cost of a full physical inventory is not included in the Base Fees.
Annual Inventory. Conduct and report the results of a complete physical inventory of accountable property in accordance with TE-5. (CDRL L-0003) This inventory is conduct on/about the anniversary date of contract award on a yearly basis, unless otherwise directed by the COTR. Selection will be by seniority, provided employee has immediate ability to perform. Notice to those selected for work will be made as soon as possible by way of a second posting. Responsibilityfor notificationand attendance for work rests with the employee by checking the Should insufficient numbers of employees be acquired through this process the company will select the junior most employees in plant-wide order to fulfill the requirement. Should a selected employee fail to respond to the available work, Article and/or Article may be enforced. It is understood that language of Article and Article in this instance is inapplicable and not subject to the grievance procedure. In the event of a short cycle check inventory, employees shall be selected in the department by the lowest overtime hours. In the event that sufficient numbers cannot be acquired, employees from other departments may be selected.

An employee wishing to cancel his to work on the inventory shall not cancel his rights pursuant to Paragraphs and of the Local Seniority Agreement.
