Status Reports. The Grantee shall submit status reports quarterly, unless otherwise specified in the Attachments, on Exhibit A, Progress Report Form, to Department’s Grant Manager describing the work performed during the reporting period, problems encountered, problem resolutions, scheduled updates, and proposed work for the next reporting period. Quarterly status reports are due no later than twenty (20) days following the completion of the quarterly reporting period. For the purposes of this reporting requirement, the quarterly reporting periods end on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31. The Department will review the required reports submitted by Grantee within thirty (30) days.
Status Reports. DSI will issue to Depositor and Preferred Beneficiary a report profiling the account history at least semi-annually. DSI may provide copies of the account history pertaining to this Agreement upon the request of any party to this Agreement.
Status Reports. In addition to the monthly Reconciliation Statements, Agency shall provide Client with status reports in a mutually agreed upon format and on time frame agreed to by the Parties. Such status reports shall contain sufficient information for Client to determine the number of Referred Accounts being worked by Agency, when the file was placed with Agency, and the dollar amounts collected in the current reporting period.
Status Reports. At the Company's written request, Consultant shall prepare and submit to the Company a written status report describing the status of any sales of the Company Common Stock sold hereby.
Status Reports. After receipt and acceptance of a Service Order, Ameritech shall provide Requesting Carrier with service status notices on an exception basis.
Status Reports. A. Each month the Employer will provide the Membership Coordinator of the Union with a status report in an electronic format. The Employer may choose to discharge this duty by separately arranging to have a third party provide part or all of the data supplied in the report to the Union. The status report will include the following data, if maintained by the Employer, for employees in the bargaining unit and those who enter or leave the bargaining unit or who start or stop deductions:
1. Employee name;
2. Permanent address;
3. College;
4. Home department name;
5. Job classification code and job title;
6. Bargaining unit code;
Status Reports. After receipt and acceptance of a Service Order, CBT shall provide CLEC with service status notices on an exception basis.

A. No later than the tenth (10th) and twenty-fifth (25th) of each month, the Employer will provide the Union with a report in an electronic format of the following data, if maintained by the Employer, for employees in the bargaining unit:
1. Personnel number;
2. Employee name;
3. Mailing address;
4. Personnel area code and title;
5. Organization unit code, abbreviation and title;
6. Work county code and title;
7. Work location street (if available);
8. Work location city (if available);
9. Work phone number;
10. Work e-mail address (if available);
11. Employee group;
12. Job class code and title;
13. Appointment date;
14. Bargaining unit code and title;
15. Position number;
16. Pay scale group;
17. Pay scale level;
18. Employment percent;
19. Seniority date;
20. Separation date;
21. Special pay code;
22. Total salary from which union dues is calculated;
23. Deduction wage type;
24. Deduction amount;
25. Overtime eligibility designation;
26. Retirement benefit plan; and
27. Action reason, title, and effective date (including entering or leaving the bargaining unit and starting or stopping dues).
B. Information provided pursuant to this Section will be maintained by the Union in confidence according to the law.
C. The Union will indemnify the Employer for any violations of employee privacy committed by the Union pursuant to this Section.
Status Reports. The ENGINEER shall furnish a monthly Status Report to the OWNER by the fifteenth (15th) of each month.
Status Reports. At least semi-annually, or as reasonably requested by Depositor or Registrant, Escrow Agent shall issue to Depositor and Registrant a report that describes any activity related to Registrant’s account and inventories the Deposit Materials held by Escrow Agent.
