Common use of Annual Maintenance Charge Clause in Contracts

Annual Maintenance Charge. (a) Installment Holiday Loan (a) as may be prescribed by the Lender (b) Step Up / Step Down Instalment Loan (b) as may be prescribed by the Lender (c) Flexi Term Loan (c) 0.25% of the maximum withdrawal amount irrespective of utilization on date of levy of such charges plus applicable taxes. (d) Flexi Interest-only Loan (d) 0.25% of the amount of Loan sanctioned on the date of levy of such charges plus applicable taxes (e) Flexi Hybrid Loan (e) 0.25% of the maximum withdrawal amount irrespective of utilizationon date of levy of such charges plus applicable taxes.
