Annual Margin Adjustment Payment. For the time period through December 31, 2007, the parties will calculate Pinnacle’s Margin in accordance with Section 5.09(a) and, if required pursuant to Section 5.09(b) below, one party will make a Margin Adjustment Payment to the other party.
