(a) The Servicer will deliver to the Rating Agencies, the Issuer, the Insurer, the Swap Counterparty and the Indenture Trustee, on or before March 31 of each year, beginning on March 31, 2008, an Officer’s Certificate of the Servicer (with appropriate insertions) providing such information as is required under Item 1123 of Regulation AB.
