Common use of Annual Opinion of Counsel Clause in Contracts

Annual Opinion of Counsel. On or before January 31 of each year, beginning January 31, 2005, the Sponsor, at its expense, shall deliver to the Indenture Trustee, the Residual Certificateholders and the Insurer the applicable Opinion of Counsel specified in Exhibit B hereto.

Annual Opinion of Counsel. On or before January March 31 of each year, beginning January March 31, 20052001, the Sponsor, at its expense, shall deliver to the Indenture Trustee, the Residual Certificateholders Insurer and the Insurer Xxxxxxx Mac the applicable Opinion of Counsel specified in Exhibit B hereto.

Annual Opinion of Counsel. On or before January March 31 of each year, beginning January March 31, 20052001, the Sponsor, at its expense, shall deliver to the Indenture Trustee, the Residual Certificateholders Trustee and the Insurer the applicable Opinion of Counsel specified in Exhibit B hereto.

Annual Opinion of Counsel. On or before January March 31 of each year, beginning January March 31, 20052000, the Sponsor, at its expense, shall deliver to the Indenture Trustee, the Residual Certificateholders Trustee and the Insurer the applicable Opinion of Counsel specified in Exhibit B hereto.

On or before January 31 November 30 of each year, beginning January 31November 30, 20052002, the Sponsor, at its expense, shall deliver to the Indenture Trustee, the Residual Certificateholders Trustee and the Insurer the applicable Opinion of Counsel specified in Exhibit B hereto.

Annual Opinion of Counsel. On or before January March 31 of ------------------------- each year, beginning January March 31, 20051999, the Sponsor, at its expense, shall deliver to the Indenture Trustee, the Residual Certificateholders Trustee and the Insurer Credit Enhancer the applicable Opinion of Counsel specified in Exhibit B hereto.

Annual Opinion of Counsel. On or before January 31 April 30 of each year, beginning January 31April 30, 20052002, the Sponsor, at its expense, shall deliver to the Indenture Trustee, the Residual Certificateholders Trustee and the Insurer the applicable Opinion of Counsel specified in Exhibit B hereto.
