Annual Performance Report. 26 In keeping with the purpose of the Utah Charter Schools Act, the State Charter School Board will produce for public distribution an annual report that provides clear, accurate, performance data for the Charter School according to the frameworks set forth by the SCSB, and those found in Exhibit “A,” as well as reporting overall portfolio performance.
Annual Performance Report. The annual performance report shall describe the sales made and/or licences granted by the Incubatee during the preceding twelve (12) months (“Annual Performance Report”). The Incubatee shall submit this to the Incubator and to the Agency (according to Article 15 of the contract) in electronic form on each anniversary of the end of the Contract Term, during 10 years.
Annual Performance Report. The Annual Performance Report shall follow the template provided by the Incubator and shall describe, among others, the sales made and/or licences granted by the Incubatee during the preceding twelve (12)
Annual Performance Report. The Grantee shall complete and submit an Annual Performance Report within forty-five (45) calendar days after the start of each state fiscal year. HHSC will provide a template to the Grantee after contract execution which must be completed and submitted within the timeframes directed by HHSC.

Annual Performance Report. Manager shall submit an annual performance report to City for each Fiscal Year during the Term summarizing Manager’s Activities performed during the applicable Fiscal Year and detailing Manager’s revenue and expenditures during the applicable Fiscal Year (each, an “Annual Performance Report”). Each Annual Performance Report shall be delivered to City and posted to the District Website within 180 days after the end of each Fiscal Year.
Annual Performance Report. The Governing Committee shall annually receive an annual performance report prepared by the Authority with input from the Implementation Board.
Annual Performance Report. For the purposes of this Agreement, Annual Performance Report means a document to be completed by you, on a template or system provided by us. The preferable way to submit the Report would be through the Grant Recipients Services Portal when it becomes available. The Annual Performance Report must include the progress of grant activities against the agreed milestones and outcomes and expenditure of the grant for the previous 12 months.
Annual Performance Report. An annual performance report is to be submitted with the final planning funds invoice submission for a fiscal year. The written narrative of the performance report should (1) compare work accomplishments to anticipated work goal; (2) discuss progress in meeting schedules; (3) comment on significant task cost overruns/underruns; (4) identify any approved changes in the New Freedom funds; and (5) discuss any items of interest, i.e. reorganization and personnel changes. The narrative portion of the report should be concise, generally one to two pages in length. In order for NCDOT/USDOT September 30 deadlines, performance reports, documenting the previous fiscal year, must be submitted to the City of Durham, Department of Transportation no later than July 30th each year.
Annual Performance Report. No later than July 1 each year for three years following the receipt of the Grant Award, Subrecipient must submit the following information:
a. existing network service improvements and facilities upgrades, as well as new equipment purchased and deployed, capacity enhancements that support broadband access for educational institutions, health care providers, and public safety service providers;
b. the estimated number of end users who are currently using or forecasted to use the new or enhanced infrastructure;
c. the progress towards fulfilling the objectives for which the assistance was allocated;
d. the speed and average price of the most subscribed tier of the Subrecipient’s broadband service in the project area; and
e. a map showing the areas where construction has been completed and the geospatial location of residences and business that are capable of receiving the newly deployed or enhanced broadband service.
