Reviews. (a) During the term of this Agreement and for 7 years after the term of this Agreement, the HSP agrees that the Funder or its authorized representatives may conduct a Review of the HSP to confirm the HSP’s fulfillment of its obligations under this Agreement. For these purposes the Funder or its authorized representatives may, upon 24 hours’ Notice to the HSP and during normal business hours enter the HSP’s premises to: inspect and copy any financial records, invoices and other finance- related documents, other than personal health information as defined in the Enabling Legislation, in the possession or under the control of the HSP which relate to the Funding or otherwise to the Services; and inspect and copy non-financial records, other than personal health information as defined in the Enabling Legislation, in the possession or under the control of the HSP which relate to the Funding, the Services or otherwise to the performance of the HSP under this Agreement.
(b) The cost of any Review will be borne by the HSP if the Review: (1) was made necessary because the HSP did not comply with a requirement under the Enabling Legislation or this Agreement; or (2) indicates that the HSP has not fulfilled its obligations under this Agreement, including its obligations under Applicable Law and Applicable Policy.
(c) To assist in respect of the rights set out in (a) above, the HSP shall disclose any information requested by the Funder or its authorized representatives and shall do so in a form requested by the Funder or its authorized representatives.
(d) The HSP may not commence a proceeding for damages or otherwise against any person with respect to any act done or omitted to be done, any conclusion reached or report submitted that is done in good faith in respect of a Review.
Reviews. (a) During the term of this Agreement and for seven years after the term of this Agreement, the HSP agrees that the LHIN or its authorized representatives may conduct a Review of the HSP to confirm the HSP’s fulfillment of its obligations under this Agreement. For these purposes the LHIN or its authorized representatives may, upon twenty-four hours’ Notice to the HSP and during normal business hours enter upon the HSP’s premises to:
(1) inspect and copy any financial records, invoices and other finance- related documents, other than personal health information as defined in subsection 31(5) of the CFMA, in the possession or under the control of the HSP which relate to the Funding or otherwise to the Services; and
(2) inspect and copy non-financial records, other than personal health information as defined in subsection 31(5) of the CFMA, in the possession or under the control of the HSP which relate to the Funding, the Services or otherwise to the performance of the HSP under this Agreement.
(b) The cost of any Review will be borne by the HSP if the Review: (1) was made necessary because the HSP did not comply with a requirement under the Act or this Agreement; or (2) indicates that the HSP has not fulfilled its obligations under this Agreement, including its obligations under Applicable Law and Applicable Policy.
(c) To assist in respect of the rights set out in (a) above, the HSP shall disclose any information requested by the LHIN or its authorized representatives, and shall do so in a form requested by the LHIN or its authorized representatives.

(e) HSP’s obligations under this section 8.2 will survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Reviews. The Department reserves the right to perform plan checks, plan reviews, other reviews, and/or comment upon the Goods and Services of Contractor. Such reviews do not waive the requirement of Contractor to meet all of the terms and conditions of the Contract.

Reviews. In keeping with the requirements of U.C.A. §53G-5-202(1)(b) the SCSB will perform at least an annual review (more often as the need arises as determined by the Authorizer) and evaluation of the performance of the Charter School and hold the Charter School accountable for its performance. To facilitate the annual or any other review the School shall maintain the necessary records to provide the following:
Reviews. 2.5.2.1 Once the Contracting Body requirements have been identified and the strategy agreed, the Supplier shall ensure that regular periodical review meetings take place in order to update the Contracting Body on progress against the agreed strategy. These meetings should also be used to discuss and/or propose any changes necessary.
Reviews. Dealer grants DFS an irrevocable license to enter Dealer's business locations during normal business hours with forty-eight (48) hours prior notice to Dealer (unless Dealer is in Default in which case no prior notice shall be required) to: (a) account for and inspect all Collateral; (b) verify Dealer's compliance with this Agreement; and (c) examine and copy Dealer's books and records related to the Collateral.
Reviews. The Division and Eligible Users reserve the right to perform plan checks, plan reviews, other reviews, and/or comment upon the Services of Contractor. Such reviews do not waive the requirement of Contractor to meet all of the terms and conditions of this Contract.
Reviews. 5.1 The T2IB agrees to allow the T2CB’s Reviewer access to examine the documentation referred to in Article 4 above and any other information or document should the Reviewer require such access in carrying out a review pursuant to the QI Agreement. The T2IB agrees to carry out in the manner and time outlined in the QI Agreement whatever action is requested by the Reviewer so that the T2CB is in compliance with the QI Agreement. The T2CB reserves the right to withhold at the U.S. statutory rate if the T2IB does not demonstrate to the satisfaction of the T2CB that the action requested by the Reviewer has been taken. Whether the T2IB has adequately demonstrated compliance with the requested action of the Reviewer will be determined in the sole discretion of the T2CB, acting reasonably.
