Common use of Annual Plan and Forecast Clause in Contracts

Annual Plan and Forecast. Prior to the effective date of any Facility Increase pursuant to Section 2.18 or the extension of any Termination Date pursuant to Section 2.17, a copy of the plan and forecast (including a projected consolidated balance sheet, income statement and funds flow statement) of the Borrower for such fiscal year to each Lender that requests such information in connection with such Lender’s consideration of the Borrower’s request for any Facility Increase or the extension of any Termination Date.
