Common use of Annual Regulation AB/USAP Report Clause in Contracts

Annual Regulation AB/USAP Report. The Servicer shall, on or before the last Business Day of the fifth month following the end of each of the Servicer’s fiscal years (December 31), beginning in 2014, deliver to the Indenture Trustee who shall forward to each Noteholder a copy of the results of any Regulation AB required attestation report or Uniform Single Attestation Program for Mortgage Bankers or similar review conducted on the Servicer by its accountants and any other reports reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent.

Section 240.13a-18 or Uniform Single Attestation Program for Mortgage Bankers or similar review conducted on the Servicer by its accountants and any other reports reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent.
