Common use of Annual Report Clause in Contracts

Annual Report. The Annual Report may include – but is not necessarily limited to – the following information pertaining to the previous fiscal year: 1. Financial information – and particularly: • Interest earnings and investment gains – in accordance with Section 5.7; • Proceeds from the disposal of assets – in accordance with Section 12.1; • Outgoing transfers – in accordance with Sections 5.3 and 5.4; • Incoming transfers – in accordance with Section 5.3; and • Amounts paid – in aggregate for Eligible Expenditures on each Eligible Project.
