Common use of Annual Report Clause in Contracts

Annual Report. Within sixty (60) days of the end of the fishing year the Sector Manager will 13 levels of all species by sector vessels (landings and discards by gear types); enforcement actions; and 14 any other relevant information required to evaluate the performance of the Sector.
